Senior Internal Sales (JP805)

Senior Internal Sales person required for a new division within a well -established electrical wholesale company.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced sales person from within the industrial wholesale sector to lead the new division within the branch.
The role will be providing technical knowledge, advice and support to external customers, whilst developing and maintaining customer relationships and promoting products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
You will grow this division and then build and manage a small team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The job calls for a person who enjoys dealing with people, creating and maintaining relationships as well as making a good impression both personally and for the organisation.
You must have knowledge of Industrial Control, Monitoring Relays, Enclosures, Switchgear, Cables, Industrial Site Equipment, Industrial Heating, Industrial Lighting, and Automation products and
experience within electrical distribution.
Ideally you will already have good relationships with customers and suppliers in this industry

Duties include:
• Undertake proactive calls to seek potential new accounts.
• Taking enquiries and orders plus processing, responding to and chasing quotes and orders.
• Assisting customers both on the telephone and face to face with quotations, product information and pricing queries.
• Contacting suppliers
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the industrial electrical wholesale industry to be able to deal effectively with customers.
