Office Administrator / Warehouse Driver
£19-£22K (full time) Monday to Friday 8-5
Seeking an Office Administrator / Warehouse driver to offer support to a successful Electrical wholesalers.
Due to the nature of the role they need someone who can “hit the ground running” and be able to multi task and deal with a number of varied duties on a day to day basis.
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
Typical work activities
·Copy typing and letter writing;
·Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
·Creating and maintaining filing systems
·Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
·Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
·Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
·Picking and packing orders in the warehouse
·Delivering a variety Electrical wholesale products in and around the London area
·Good software skills
·Able to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain records.
·Previous admin and driving experience
·A Full UK drivers licence
·The ability to drive a long wheel based van
