Meet our Team
Julie set up Rhodium Consulting in May 2010, having worked in recruitment since 1996 in both temporary and permanent recruitment across multiple disciplines. The company has grown from strength to strength, firmly establishing Rhodium Consulting as a sector specialist consultancy built upon long term partnerships with our clients and candidates.
Having relocated from London to the Hampshire countryside in 2015, Julie has embraced the walking trails, common land and forestry in the area. She is kept busy with her two teenage sons, two dogs, numerous rescue chickens and is an avid gardener. Julie enjoys dining out and her subsequent have-a-go efforts to run some of it off by canicrossing with one of her dogs.
Having previously worked in the recruitment sector for several years, Julie has established herself in the business as a consistent and knowledgeable consultant, often managing to source quality candidates in difficult to recruit areas in the UK.
Outside of work Julie has 3 grown up children. She loves socialising, music, dancing, festivals, and days on the beach.
Emilie joined Rhodium in January 2024 as a consultant, with a background of several years Recruitment experience recruiting in the Electrical Wholesale and Manufacturing industries as well as Oil & Gas.
She lives in the countryside in North Yorkshire and enjoys going on long walks and hikes.
When not exploring the great outdoors, she enjoys holidays or dancing away at gigs!
Her favourite concerts so far have been Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, DMAs & Eminem.
Megan joined Rhodium in April 2023 as a Resourcer/Administrator with 3 years recruitment experience in the electrical wholesale & health care industries.
She relocated from North Yorkshire in April 2021 to set up life in the West Midlands with her 4 dogs.
In her spare time Megan enjoys showing two of her Tibetan mastiffs at championship and open shows all over the country, managing to qualify both girls for Crufts each year. When she’s not dog showing she is often looking into booking her next holiday, her favourite place she’s travelled to so far is Banff in Canada.
Chelsea joined Rhodium Consulting in July 2026, bringing five years of recruitment experience in the transport and logistics temps recruitment industry.
She is taking up the opportunity to develop her career in permanent recruitment whilst continuing to grow her knowledge of the industry to support candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Chelsea spends her time walking her dog through the forest as well as enjoying house and country festivals. She also loves making the most of every opportunity to travel and plan her next adventure abroad to explore new places.

Phil joined Rhodium Consulting in September 2014 following a diverse and successful career in a variety of different sectors offering recruitment solutions.
After 10 years as a successful consultant with us, Phil took early retirement to spend his time walking the Peak District.
