May 2025 represents a significant achievement for Rhodium Consulting – 15 years in business!
Fifteen years ago, Rhodium Consulting began its journey with a clear focus: to connect great people with great businesses in the wholesale, merchant, and distributor sectors of the building supplies industry.
Starting out in 2010 as a solo recruiter, we have now grown into a dedicated and close-knit team of five.
Although I may have laid the foundations, it’s the hard work, commitment, and shared passion of the whole team at Rhodium Consulting that has brought us to where we are today.
Each team member has played a key role in shaping the business – from building strong relationships with clients and candidates, to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. We’ve weathered industry changes, economic ups and downs, and of course, the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic together – and it’s made us stronger, smarter, and more connected.
I couldn’t be prouder of the people behind Rhodium. They bring energy, care, and professionalism to everything they do. It’s because of their work that we’ve maintained long-standing partnerships, delivered real results, and built a reputation that we are all genuinely proud of.
