We’re delighted to welcome the newest member of the Rhodium Consulting team!
Having worked in recruitment since 2021, Chelsea brings five years experience in matching clients and candidates. During that time, she has built a reputation for providing excellent customer service, developing strong relationships and helping people find the right opportunities.
Although her experience has been within temporary recruitment, she is excited to begin the next chapter of her career in permanent recruitment. With the support and guidance of the experienced team at Rhodium Consulting, she will be developing her knowledge of our specialist sectors while continuing to deliver the honest, professional and personable service we are known for.
When she is not at work, you’ll usually find Chelsea enjoying the outdoors with her dog and keeping active through long walks and getting her 10,000 steps in a day. She also has a passion for travel, with Rhodes being her favourite destination so far and Thailand or Mykonos high on the wish list for her next adventure.
Chelsea loves spending time attending house and country music festivals and has a keen interest in hair, makeup and fashion, with a shopping trip thrown in for good measure.
If there’s pasta on the menu, that’s an easy choice, and any opportunity to spend time at the beach is always a bonus.
We believe that getting to know the people behind the business is just as important as understanding their professional experience. Every member of the Rhodium Consulting team brings their own personality, interests and strengths, and we’re excited to see our newest colleague grow and flourish in her new role.
